Pure Ghee Tiffins Fresh Ingredients Served With Love
Hand-ground masalas, cold-pressed coconut oil and pure cow’s ghee — cooked the way it has been in our family kitchen for three generations.
Maa Nethi Vindu — literally “given by mother’s hands” — began in 1998 as a single steel kitchen in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Our grandmother ground her masalas on a stone roller every single morning, and that is still the only recipe we have ever needed.
Three generations later the kitchen is larger, but the method has not changed. We stone-grind our masala fresh each day, ferment our batter overnight for a deeper dosa, source coconut milk from own-farm toddy, and finish every curry with pure hand-churned ghee. Nothing is shortcut, because Maa never cut a corner at her own table.
A family recipe book passed down three generations — the same measurements, the same order, the same hands.
Vegetables cut the same morning, curry leaves picked that day, coconut cracked to order.
Real hand-churned ghee in every dosa, tadka and dessert — 100% pure vegetarian, no MSG.
We obsess over the small things, because that is where a meal is won or lost.
Vegetables cut the same morning, curry leaves picked that day, coconut cracked to order.

Our dining room, our kitchen, and the plates that leave the pass every evening.
Over 50,000 guests served since 1998 — here is what a few of them left behind.
I have been coming here for fifteen years and the dosa has not changed once — which is exactly why I keep coming. The ghee is real, the chutney is fresh, and they still remember that I take mine extra crisp.
We brought thirty people for my father’s birthday and they looked after us like family. The hall is spotless, the food came out fast, and the bill was genuinely fair for a group that size.
Being vegetarian, ordering out in this city is usually a compromise. Not here. The paniyaram and the gongura pachadi tasted like my grandmother’s kitchen, and they happily made everything vegan when I asked.
Free parking on site, wheelchair friendly, and a table waiting whenever you need one.
